The construction of installing Breakaway Walls for stilt homes in coastal areas, or any water ways. 1. Preparation Inspection of existing structure. Permits and HOA approvals (if required). 2. Flood zone Using flood zone approved materials 3. Waterproofing water proofing the walls "(Sheathing)". Proper nailing or fastening per code & manufacturer specs. 4. Flashing & Details Flashing around all openings, (windows doors). 5. Ventilation and Vents Installing of Flood vents 6. Siding Materials to match existing structure Vinyl siding, Hardie siding, Wood siding. Final inspection for quality & warranty compliance.
