Service Description

1. Pre-Construction (Planning & Design) Site evaluation – soil testing, land survey, environmental checks. Architectural design – floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings. Engineering – structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plans. Permitting & approvals – zoning, building permits, HOA approvals (if applicable). Budgeting & financing – cost estimates, contractor bids, construction loan if needed. 2. Site Preparation Clearing & grading – removing trees, brush, old structures, and leveling the land. Utilities setup – bringing in water, sewer/septic, electricity, natural gas, or well. Foundation prep – excavation, footing forms, rebar installation. 3. Foundation Pouring footings & foundation walls/slab. Waterproofing & drainage around the foundation. Crawlspace/basement/slab setup depending on design. 4. Framing Structural framing – floors, walls, roof trusses. Sheathing & roof decking. Windows & exterior doors installed (“dry-in”). 5. Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Rough-in plumbing (supply, drain lines). Electrical rough-in (wiring, panels, outlets). HVAC installation (ductwork, furnace/AC units). Inspections for code compliance. 6. Insulation & Drywall Insulation (batts, spray foam, blown-in). Drywall installation (taping, mudding, sanding). 7. Interior & Exterior Finishes Exterior siding, stucco, or brick. Roofing (shingles, metal, tile). Interior finishes – flooring, trim, cabinetry, countertops, paint. Plumbing & electrical fixtures installed (toilets, sinks, lights, switches). 8. Final Systems & Details Appliances installed. HVAC final connections. Landscaping (grading, sod, irrigation, driveways, walkways). Final inspections and code compliance check. 9. Closeout & Turnover Punch list walk-through – fix small issues or defects. Final cleaning. Certificate of Occupancy (CO) issued by the local building authority. Handover to the owner. New construction can take anywhere from a few months (small homes) to a couple of years (large custom homes or commercial buildings), depending on complexity, permitting, and contractor schedules.
